Shipping is calculated during check-out, but the estimated rates of our main customer bases will be provided on the listing description so there are no surprises.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Tochimaya is not liable for lost or stolen packages during transit.

We kindly ask for your understanding on this as we are a small business, but we do our best to ensure every order is carefully packed and handed off securely.

After you've confirmed your order, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and pack your purchase.

You will receive an e-mail with tracking details as soon as the item is shipped out.
